It’s become a common theme to hate on Amy Winehouse because we’re all sick of hearing about her ridiculous antics on TV and in the papers. And I totally understand why people are being like that. I was the same this time last year.

Then I actually listened to her albums.

And now I’m always waiting for news on whether she’s in the studio, focused on writing good music and you know, making me another album. Amy Winehouse is probably going to stand out as one of the most exceptional artists of this decade anyway - but I really, really hope Back To Black doesn’t end up being the last record of her short career.

It’s almost irritating that someone who has obviously been given so much talent could potentially put it all to waste.

This is my one and only plea Amy: make me another album.

So I used to think the press fabricated most of their Amy Winehouse stories. You know - something crazy she’s done means papers right. Papers mean money. Money means greed. Greed means selling your soul. Etc. etc.
