“I Found Lovin’” - The Fatback Band. Amazing.

A friend of mine passed this track on to me a good few months back. I’ve just had a quick look at the video for the song which samples Justice’s excellent disco track D.A.N.C.E.. Let’s have a look:

• The big boombox as seen before the song properly kicks in is actually the coolest piece of musical equipment ever invented ever. Purely because that thing looks proper “ghetto” and would instantly gain the rapport of acquaintances.
• How much would you pay for an animated T-shirt that changes it’s motive as you move and “rap”? The answer is: £15.
• Wale (I should probably point out that his name is pronounced: WAH-LAY) is depicted as wearing a tea cosy on his head for the sake of fashion.
• The shoes depicted at 1:11 can only be described as being amazing.
• The bassline in the chorus has pretty much the most brilliant tone ever invented in the world ever. It’s actually pretty similar to the sound of the bass in Le Freak by Chic.
• What does the video go all 80’s futuristic gameshow in the chorus?

Let’s be honest here - the song is amazing isn’t it?
